    • Yes! Residents of 2 West enjoy the convenience of paying their rent on-line via a tenant portal.
  • Does 2 West have an on-site Maintenance team?
    • Yes! Submit your service request on-line via the tenant portal and our Maintenance team will respond within 24-hours. Have a maintenance emergency after hours? No problem! We are on-call 24/7 to handle emergencies!
  • What’s included in my rent?
    • We include cable, internet, water, sewer and trash removal… valued at approximately $130 per month!
  • What ammenities does 2 West offer?
    • Our residents enjoy a state of the art fitness center, Community Room, and ¬†Green Roof! As an added bonus, there is a restaurant on-site, offering nightly specials, and resident-only deals!
  • Tell me about your appliances?
    • Sure! Every apartment has stainless steel appliances including an electric, glass cooktop range, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized front loading washers and dryers.
  • What do 2 West apartments feature?
    • Every apartment features wood floors in the living, dining and kitchen areas, ceramic tile in the bathrooms, and berber carpet in the bedrooms; Kitchens have granite counters, soft-close doors and drawers, detachable goose-neck faucets, and stainless steel appliances; Bedrooms have ample closet space with California Closets in the ¬†walk-in master bedroom closets; Bathrooms have quartz vanity tops, ceramic tile floors and custom vanities; Pella windows and doors lead to your private patios/balconies.
